End of Life
During my ten years as a hospice social worker, I was honored to support individuals facing end-of-life challenges alongside their families. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, I developed treatment plans, helped secure resources, and offered compassionate support during these deeply personal moments. My focus remains on providing quality care to help clients and their families navigate this significant life transition.
Grief and Loss
Loss of a Person
The loss of a loved one is one of life’s most profound and difficult experiences. Grief can feel all-encompassing, leaving life forever altered. I have spent years partnering with those navigating grief, helping them find pathways to healing. I am here to support you through your journey and offer compassionate guidance during this painful time.
Loss of a Pet
The bond with a pet is unique and deeply felt. As someone who has loved and lost beloved animal companions, I understand the special grief that accompanies such loss. I would be honored to walk with you through this journey, helping you feel seen and supported as you honor the memory of your cherished friend.
Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
Working with grandparents who are raising their grandchildren has been a rewarding part of my journey. Through my work in a caregiver program, I’ve had the opportunity to support grandparents as they navigate community resources and the unique challenges of this role. Taking on parental responsibilities can be both fulfilling and challenging, and I am here to offer support and guidance to help you balance caregiving with caring for yourself.
Caregivers
Caregivers are devoted, often selfless individuals who prioritize the needs of others. In my work with a Family Caregiver Program, I’ve supported many caregivers as they navigate their roles, offering guidance on self-care and connecting them with available resources. I would be honored to work with you, ensuring your own needs are met and helping you find the support you need to continue in this important role.
